Unfair working matters

Good day

I would like your assistance.. I am an employee at Bp garage orangefarm I've been working there from May 2024. Suddenly the employee now cut off our salaries with any communication with the employers, weekly we were supposed to earn R1800 but we now earn R900 and our rate is R43.16 per hour and we work for 11 hours per shift. Secondly from nowhere he doesn't pay us our sick leave even though we have sick note which he requires when we are sick. He even threatened the staff that he will fire them. It's been months now saying that he will get us registered no benefits for us provident fund and uif..and that he will terminate the our contract due to new employer to operate. We are struggling to understand the new rules he put with no notice and alerting the staff.

I would like to be anonymous due to be afraid of him that he will fire us.
