UNFAIR TREATMENT

<p>On 3 May 2017 i had a flat wheel on my motorcycle, I amn a Traffic Officer for City of Cape Town. The rear tyre of the Traffic motorcycle was flat.</p> <p> </p> <p>I stopped at the BP garage. 5 petrol attendents were standing and talking to each other. I ask them if anyone could please assist me with pumping up the rear tyre of the bike. One attentent responded to me : no we wont help you and you can do it yourself. . I then tried to pump it up myself and with no luck. Then a motorist stopped and ask to refuel, check tyre pressure and clean windscreen. the assist him.</p> <p> </p> <p>1 petrol attendent came to me and said that the tyre pressure pump ios not working. I then had to push the bike back towards the rear pump. I battled as the bike weigh 300kg a 1300 honda pan. The motorist approached me and ask me if he can help. I thanked him for helping. </p> <p> </p> <p>After i battled 15 minutes to pump up the tyre i went to ask for the manager and want to know why i was refused assistance . The manager Said then started to say to me :</p> <p> </p> <p>because you think you are wearing a badge we must assist you., you trafficops think that Houtbay belongs to you, Take your bike and **** off my property. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then told him that we always buy food , cooldrink ect from his shop and i will let my office know what happend here today. The manager then started to provoke me and said very rasist comment and remarks against me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Is this the way that men in blue get treatment. never at any other garage i had susch a bad treatment from anyone. I would like to let the publc know to boycot this garage as it is unfair that rasist plays a big role in this regard.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope that BP MAIN OFFICE will res****d and get to the bottom of this. It puts BP in a very bad light. The manager of BP must know that its a very serious offence to play a rasist tactic . The manager is not a SOUTH AFRICAN and I dont even know if he knows how to treat people</p>
