Uncivilized & bad temper petrol attendant

I was at BP koebeg Road in Maitland waited for my turn when I asked the petrol attendant for diesel had the nerve to start shouting at me in Xhosa saying they dont have diesel The attitude of that old petrol attendant man needs some serious attention..his name is Lincoln he needs to be sent to a course on Customer care and emotional intelligence. I was so disgusted by the ttitude & disrespect I didn't understand why he went off at me. The other petrol attendant saw I didn't understand what was going on and he showed me the other side where I can get diesel I was leaving BTW because coz that old guy just left us just like that after Yelling at us There's no diesel. I asked to speak to a manager I was told there's no management and the owner was unavailable I've never dealt with such rudeness at BP ever!!! The vulgarity and misbehavior was so not on.
