Townships BP outlets: Poor Knowledge and Service Delivery

I live in Palm Springs (Vaal) and I have 2 BP filling stations within my radius. Yesterday I bought the R800 BP voucher on the vodapay app, but to my surprise when I got to the first BP they told me that they don’t have that machine. The second BP, they said don’t have the system to proceed with the voucher. I had to drive 10 km to BP in Sebokeng and they gave me the same card machine is broken story. Then had to drive to Vanderbijlpark which is over 15km from my home to get help. Mind you I had put R200 petrol to drive there I’m so ****ed because on the app it says drive to any BP filling station I anded up paying R1000 for fuel instead of R800. How is it possible that the voucher promotion is on but the BP outlets are not equipped with the necessary equipment and knowledge for the transaction to run smoothly? Why is the outlets in the suburbs are always equipped better then outlets in the township?
