Thy put petrol in my diesel car and my motor are broken now

Good day To whom it may concern.

In the case of us not getting respons from your so called manager. That need a licence to put diesel in a kar. You need a driver's license. That we can't present I have decided that I will take this matter to court as I don't think that your manager has the right paperwork to be a manager and so called macanic. That I as well don't think that he has the right paperwork to do the work on a Hyundai gets 15 crdi as thy can't get it fix and thy have my car for 9 days. That is a 2 day job as thy have to wait for parts that I can get in the same day.

So I really think that this is a stories cause at first I could of call the macanic now I'm not allowed. I must work tru a lady that I do not think understand how repair are done or that only can tell me the injectors are in and awaiting parts to recon as I know 3month back I replaced all of them as thy can't be reconded. I was willing to let them fix it but any one that can't get a diesel line fix in 4 days I really think thy are competent to fix a diesel car.

Then I was offered a rent car that I declined cause of my license that is a problem the manager message me back and said that thy are willing to compensate me at R410 per day. But I need to proof it's my car and give a affidavit that I will not claim from my insurance. If done it but at first I gave them the testement and a copy of the license disc paper with my father's name on it. That was not good enough for her. And as everyone knows when you take over a car that is in a estate you must wait for the estate to be finalize then you get the paperwork back from your executor and the car is then already in the person's name that inherited it. When I explained it to them thy then wanted me to look up the previous owner why I don't know. And then she wanted the cars papers that I didn't have at all. It is at SunTrust In cape town so I had to arrang to get it form them. So I got it after courring the paperwork here I gave them that.

Then I ask the lady if I can get the the 8 days money that thy said thy will compensate me with for transport. The reply was bring your license and I'll pay you immediately. But there was never said that I need to give my license to them to get the money. So had made arrangements with people to get up and down and used all my money for traveling. As as well my groceries money to. So then after I told her why's I don't have a licence all my messages was ignored. When I ask her how fare is my car she then replay with we need your license. I immediately contact my brother and he gave me the company lawyer number I contact him regarding the licence and he said that there are no way the can ask for my license as I was not in a acssedent or something in that line

He still explained that if a off-road car puts petrol and it was a diesel kar where will you be able to get firstly paperwork for that car and then as well a 10 year old driving it thy don't ask license to put it in. So that is there fult thy must fix it even a macanic that brake something on your car must then ask for a licence but thy don't. This is a matter of the petrol port attendent made a humen error like Liezel said. But still don't explain why you need a licence as the car are on private property and I didn't put the petrol in a diesel car after I have ask her to put diesel and she agree that she made a mistake.

When the car brouk about 500m down the road I called my brother we went to the garage leaving my car where it broke done collected the manager on shift. And take him to the car I gave him the slip and he ask if we could tow it back to BP. Then he said thy will fix it with no cost that was on the 13 of July 2023 thy arrange that the macanic came and take my car to endecot springs where I am not inform where the place is where my car was taken to exactly. I went to endecot to see if I can find my kar cause my house keys was still on my car keys I couldn't find the place so I call a lock smit to come open my door but thy couldn't open my gate so Chris arrange that his Father come and drop the keys for me at BP. Then like I was writing on top then all of a sudden I get messenges that now thy need this paperwork and that paperwork. Where if thy have told me all this before thy taken my car I would of not let them take it.

But the manager that drive with us to go to the car when it brouk down told us my car are the 5th one that week that thy put petrol in a diesel kar. So when thy ask me to submit the paperwork my brother said this is now there way to not pay. So I went to the company lawyer and he said that we must wait and see what happens. I did try to Handel it appropriate but the main manager Liezel keeps on thinking she is better than other people so we decided that we going on with a law suit cause there are to much stories. And time playing games on the way. So I ask Liezel if we are gone go on with the main arrangements as we arrange she must let me know or am I gone have to get our lawyers on the case she never replayed so gave her a alternative she never rep****.

The I said thy must bring my car back so that I can get it fix tru Hyundai springs then I'll claim the money back from them tru the court she at first said that she will drop it at BP I said no my house cause I'll take it in myself to Hyundai form there she didn't reply any thing just let you lawyer contact us. Then I decided to go and collect my car my self so I ask for a address cause till now I don't know where it is. Thy keep on sending me a short note that says let you lawyer contact us. So I have had beeld by me. And I have called BP south Africa and the ombladsman. But at last resort I called the saps springs awaiting still there arrivel. As I'm opening a case of theft against the BP. And then remove my car from there I as well want the compecent certificate from the guy working on my car and as well all the old parts as I think my car are use for a insurance ****.

But I'm just informing you so that you know what is the stories but my lawyer will contact you as soon as he can.

I will aswell be taking on BP south Africa as BP motorama springs. Is a vender of BP and I feel that thy are also responseble for the vender as thy represent BP south Africa.
