They stole my petrol cap

On top of the bad service I recieve continuously at BP MIDRAND BOULDERS they had to ***** my petrol cap yesterday morning between the hours of 7am and 8am, please fix this I want my cap back!!! And they also have a tendency of *****ing smart shoper points and you wait for HOURS to get serviced by their lazy arrogant and rude attendants. Moreover that guy left my fuel tank open I only saw it when I was on the road that it's open. POOR POOR POOR DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!!! PLEASE I need my cap back
