The excitement of winning turned into disappointment

Good day

I entered a competition on the BP website after I had bought their promotional product late last year if I'm not mistaken. I was excited when I got a call from Lesley Walder congratulating me for winning R500 fuel. I am very disappointed that after I emailed the slips and chose my BP of choice I never got to get my price. ( I have an email conversation between Lesley and I) I emailed Lesley confidential documents like my ID and To later be told at the garage that they do not know anything about it. It's the BP garage in John Vorster Centurion. After attempting to explain to Lesley that I never received my price , I never got a response from him.

i am really disappointed that nobody cared to follow up. I have an evios card that I was using religiously whenever I fill my tank but I have honestly lost interest in filling fuel at BP because I feel they do not understand customer service. Worse if I was not meant to win that competition they should have called me again. When Lesley before opting to ignore my email responded that the price was redeemed, I suggested they check if it was indeed me and what sort of identification did that person bring and if none was needed why was my Id copy requested, an iD is quite a sensitive document.

I hope this matter will be attended to.

Thank you

kind regards

Lulu
