Terrible way to start the day

Firstly, I love the new pick n pay one stop and the cashiers are so sweet. I always have good service from them! However, since renovations, the wild bean cafe staff are rude and unhelpful. This bp is less than 500 metres from my house. I would rather drive out of my way to work and stop at the one in north rand road for a cup of coffee. It comes down to service. I have had only bad experiences so I stopped going to this one. This morning my husband decided to get coffee as well so it was most convenient. I always hope for a better experience but from the staff member not stopping what she was doing to assist to the order being botched up and taking 15 min to sort out her error (on the way to work when time is so scarce), I am simply over this place. It seems like customers are not welcome and are not treated courteously. I would rather go where I don't feel like an interruption or a bother even when it is a fifteen min journey out of my way.
