Terrible service from the ladies who serve coffee

My family and I went to the BP to fill up, as well as get some goodies for the road and upon our arrival, the ladies behind the coffee section gave us absolutely terrible looks, terrible service AND plus, COLD coffee. They also gave my father terrible attitude. They made us feel absolutely, 100% uncomfortable. If looks could kill, my whole family and I would be 10 feet under. I'm disgusted with the service. People should NOT deal with clients if they clearly don't know how to. We felt like intruders! I will never go to your service station again and I'll be sure to spread this story with my friends and family. TERRIBLE!
