Terrible service from BP Head Office

I have contacted two separate email addresses at BP head office in South Africa with a complaint about a current competition they are having at their service stations. Customer services help email and their competition email. I got one response days later from customer services requesting more info, then nothing. I followed up and nothing again. The competition email has not even bothered to respond after two further follow ups for a response. BP service is pathetic and it shows with this and their failings with the competition.
