TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER !!!!!!

BP EXPRESS IN SUNNYROCK ,Through the life that i have lived i have never experienced such service ,very terrable ,undermining and disrespectfull.

on Sunday around 1:40am went to BP since they always have fresh food on their Wild Bean ,A lady called Thina who was very rood to the point that she even called my friend under her mothers draws .

i came in looking for food but when we got there ,there was only chicken and small pies and i asked her if is there any food that is yet to be loaded ,her reply was no .i asked even the pies she said no.

we then ordered 3 quater legs and 3 small pies as well as two classic pies . we left paid and started eating in the car after finishing the chicken i felt that she had burned her chicken becase if it was done proparly it would not be this dry . i then went to the fourcourt window and asked the lady to please tell the lady at wild bean that her meat was very dry ,but the petrol attendent named Mduduzi then said sisi please go inside and address it with her because the lady that you are talking to has no powers to do so .

i then went inside and when i saw the food disply full of all the variaty of food i then asked her ,sisi i was here and i asked you if is there any food you said no and now few minutes after there is everything why didnt you tell us to wait ? her response was everyone knows that the food is loaded at 02:00am with the attitute .while i was still standing there looking at her leaving me by the counter going back to the kitchen a guy called Sharbir came to me and asked whats wrong .

and as i was explaining the lady (Thina) said i quote "nisuka lanisuka khona ekuseni nidakiwe nizosidelela la ,which means you people come from where ever you come from drunk and come disrespect us here ,my response was like but am not even drunk because am the one driving you have no right to say what you saying .she said i can say what ever i want and i said am going to escalate you and it will not be nice for you to loose your job because of this she siad i qoute "makuzokwenza ulale kamnandi lokho kwenze "which means you can do it if it will give you a good night sleep .then my friend cames as i was still standing .asked me whats wrong i was so divastated then the rest can be shared privately becase it was more grafic.
