Terrible Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service at the BP Garage in Bramfisher Randburg, JHB — particularly at the coffee café. This has not been a once-off experience, but something that has happened on several occasions.

The first time, the ladies working there were busy chatting among themselves and completely ignored me as a customer. When they eventually assisted me, it was very clear that they were doing so unwillingly, as if helping a customer was an inconvenience. The experience was so bad that I told myself I would never return.

Unfortunately, because this garage is close to where I live, I have no choice but to use it for fuel, car washes, and other services. However, I am once again receiving the same poor service. The lady making coffee, in particular, comes across as uninterested and unwilling to assist customers, which is extremely disappointing in a customer-facing role.

There are many people out there who are actively looking for jobs and would appreciate the opportunity to work in customer service. When customers are paying for services, they deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

This ongoing pattern of poor service is unacceptable. I genuinely hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue, as it reflects very badly on the BP brand.
