Terrible, incomplete and very rude service at BP Grayston Drive.

BP on Grayston Drive, Sandton provided me with the worst service I have ever had at a filling station. The petrol attendant, Benji, did not complete my service. Before even finishing off to pump my tyres or even cleaning my window, I was asked to move my car from the filling point to the garage shop without a valid reason. When I asked to see the manager, Hansie Roux, he was very rude and said it is BP procedure for attendants to ask drivers to move their cars before the full service is complete to fill up everyones tanks. But I did not get my full service. Hansie decided to challenge me to a screaming match, even said "you people" to me then gave some non-apologies and even walked away from me before returning to get in my face. He wanted to intimidate me with his size.

Very rude staff, no complaints management procedure, **** BP processes, no customer service and no conflict resolution. I will not be going back. As paying customers we do not need to be subject to non-service and backchat.
