Terrible customer service

BP Olievdale opposite Netcare offers terrible customer service...One petrol attendant by the name Victor was so rude when I asked why the staff weren't attending to customers he responded by swearing which I did not like and drove off....I really need feedback in this regards as I always use that garage but yesterday was just something else....
