Terrible Assistance.

I just want to share my experience at BP Garage on Kerk Street (Vryheid; KZN). A few weeks back, I realised that my exhaust pipe was smoking black on my brand new vehicle. This happened 2 days after filling fuel at the above mentioned garage. I took my vehicle back to my dealership, and they advised that there was no damage to the vehicle however the fuel was contaminated hence the black smoke.

I tried resolving this with the local management at the garage as their fuel cost me a lot of money. Instead I was racially insulted & told that I'm a ****.

I attempted taking it up with senior management but they've now decided to stop taking my calls after promising to investigate this issue further.

Please be very weary if you're a customer at this garage.
