Surprising Service

My experience at BP Service station yesterday was...surprising. I filled my tank at the BP Station in Lenasia South (Kiasha Park). Somehow the metal part of my key separated from the immobiliser of plastic section, I was in a flat panic as I needed to rush to a dentist appointment. I couldn't start my car and I didn't have a strength to remove the metal part of the key from the immobiliser. The service attendant tried to help but didn't have the strength either. I was in a typical damsel in distress moment. The supervisor Clement, came to assist. This man was SO helpful. He ran down to a shop around the corner to buy Q-band to help me fix my key, in a world where everyone is always Only worried about themselves it was pleasantly surprising for someone to be SO helpful. I cannot even express how grateful I am to this man. Well done BP on hiring this calibre of people to represent your brand!! I will ONLY fill up at the station from now on!!!!!
