Stupid Manager at BP Flora Lake Service Station

BP Flora Lake Service station: the nerve to knock on the glass to me outside and point, as if we are cattle not humans. Fidelity was busy inside and instead of stationing one of the attendants outside to politely explain to customers that they cannot come into the shop, this idiot knocks on window and points at us, as if we are cattle being herded.

When I walked up to the window to ask the manager how long they will be busy (ready to wait a bit) this rude idiot tells me "You just HAVE TO wait until we are done" No my guy, I don't have to nothing when there is a Total garage across the road that I can buy from. But the nerve of them all.... can they not just address customers with courtesy? Instead of knocking and pointing from inside the shop like they ain't got no sense!
