Stop Hoarding South African Jobs Mr Isaac Mwanza!

I have a grave concern about an "employee" of BP and/or Engen Petroleum! A Mr Isaac Mwanza (Zambian National?) who is dually employed by both these Petroleum companies in South Africa. There are issues that Mr Mwanza needs to respond to as a Retails Sales Manager at Engen which HE NEVER responds to! When you google him he is a BP Southern Africa Portfolio Developer! Which is it? It's extremely unfair on clients/people needing answers from him. Surely there are QUALIFIED South Africans that can fulfil his role at either BP or Engen, instead of him hoarding SA positions in a country with such high unemployment rate! He is clearly failing at holding both posts as his job is suffering!
