Still waiting for the store to call me

Bought an item with the wrong price the cashier refuse to rectify because the was no supervisor on duty left my numbers to call me whenever their supervisor is available still waiting I was there Saturday 01.11.2025 I have left their items and my money Lemonade on shelf is R23.99 @ the till cost me R26.99 the cashier refuse to change price.
