STAFF WITH ATTITUDE

I have just been to BP Daniels garage in Pietermaritzburg and I am highly irritated with the staff. The petrol attendant that was checking the oil in my car used so much force that the dipstick tube went right down in the engine bay. She then calls the manager and insists it was like that. I asked her if it was like that then how did she get the dipstick to check the oil. Obviously she was lying and could not answer me. Furthermore she says, 'See there's oil on the cover.' I told her if you holding the dipstick in your hand n oil is dripping of course there will be oil on the cover. The Manager came n listened but it seems that she did not care because it's not her car that this happened to. I spend a lot at BP Daniels garage not only on fuel but I purchase prepaid electricity as well. As of today I highly recommend that people rather use BP Raisethorpe. At least their staff know what they doing and always make the customers feel welcome. 'Unsatisfied Customer'
