Staff not fully briefed about the credit cards

The BP Garage at Rivonia opposite the Engen garage is the worst, the attendance can barely understand their customers requests. I queried if they take the RCS credit card prior filling up my car because I knew that my card is not accepted by all retailers and they said yes, only to find that they've never used it or I think their store doesn't even accept it. I only had about 300 bucks on me and the total amount was 425.00. so I had to was my petrol, time and more of my resources going back to them to pay the difference. A few days later when I spoke to the manager he called his staff stupid and threaten to call the police because hadn't had time to go pay the different. I told him to go ahead and call the police. Meanwhile he did not even have the right info as to what had occurred for me to end up only paying 300 and not the 425.<br> <br> My question is how do you hire someone knowing that they're stupid or why do you keep the person if they're not the percfect fit for your environment.<br> <br> I'm very unhappy about the service and I will never ever go there again.
