Solomon Attitude Sad

I will have always booked trailers from the Safarituine BP, in Rustenburg. There is this guy called Solomon, the guy naturally he is unfriendly and very rude. I do not understand if it's because we are *black* or what. We have been having issues with him from last year but I took it that he is just like that, and didn't bother with complaining to the management. On the 20th of this month June we took a trailer and returned it. When we were doing the process of getting our deposit back we had a misunderstanding we're by I thought I didn't get my previous deposit, only to remember that I got it and had used it on the resent booking. When I remembered and I apologized to him, he sweared at me saying "Fotsek maan". I said even you, and he turned around to say other things and I said "you think you are white wena",.... "just because you work close to white people". Out of all this he turned the whole thing around and said I insulted him. Guess what management believed him without asking me what transpaired. It was said I should not be served. As my particulars are with them why was I not called and asked for my side of the story. What is the purpose of having our contact details, to only serve their business. How do I go from my house just to go and swear at someone that I have tolerated for so long, at my age. It's fine I will take my business elsewhere, but this management will know one day his is the same person with the most attitude in their business. God bless
