Setting the standard of service delivery

Vincent went above and beyond the expected service delivery. He provided service with a smile and on top of filling my petrol tank, offering to check my tyre pressure, oil &amp; water, he also washed all of my windows. I work nearby this service station and now because of employees like Vincent I will always fill up, get groceries &amp; have my car washed at this service station!<br> <br> What a great ambassador for his company.
