I would like to express my disappointment with the service got from BP Bara. This morning I went there to fill up for R500 then I was told that smart shopper card is not working then I said okay make R200.00 as I will loose my points. Then the guy I was talking to called the other guy to assist me second guy was Solomon and Solomon always gives bad attitude ke everytime I'm there after pouring he tells me to go pay inside I'm haayi why? He says "didnt the guy tell you there are not speedpoint?', Just go pay inside go with your car then I told him he's telling me ******* and asked him why he always has such bad attitude when I'm there? Solomon's attitude is very bad and generally I always get treated very nicely by the likes of Siya, Tumelo even the late Thabo used to give a very good service there. And the garage always has issues with Speedpoint if is not only 1 working then is the smart shopper not working but when you got to another BP garage it works. I use this garage by choice right opposite is Engen but choose BP for points but don't treat us like I don't have other choice. Solomon I fill up there for reason I have always been there long before and got very good service fix your attitude please.
