Bought vouchers through @vodacome for BP fuel. Go the first garage BP in Bayside cape town, i get turned away because they wont want ro help me because its weekend amd their manager is only there in the week from monday to friday amd only the manager processes the vouchers. I get send to BP link Road in Parklands because apparently they can do it. I get there and get turned away too and send to BP Sunningdale. I get there they also can't help nie. Now having driven the little peteol i had out already forced to throw in fuel with the little cash I have left after.paying R200 and R89 for fuel vouchers through the vodacom app. Its unacceptable for a service being offered which you pay for and then not being able to redeem it. I want thr money that I spent on tje vouchers back asap and what about all the fuel i wasted driving from one BP to another. I tried calling the customer service line while waiting at the one BP in sunningdale holding for 15 minutes with no one answering!! @BPSouthernAfrica @Vodacom
