**** and ************ continues at BP Nedbank ATM

I was trying to withdraw cash from the Nedbank ATM at the BP Petrol Station, Somerset Road , Cape Town, on Thursday evening 16 July this year. At that time I approached the ATM, I passed another man looking distressed. I asked what was going on and it turned out the man was calling his bank to cancel his card because he suspected a **** was taking place whereby some ****/con artists tried to get his PIN number after rigging the ATM.I am concerned with trying to withdraw money there now. After speaking to the petrol attendants and the manager of the BP store, they blamed it on *******ion and Nedbanks lack of action but BP is allowing it to happen on their petrol station putting their customers at risk.<br> <br> The most concerning this is that I had a similar experience several months ago when I reported the same type of **** incident to Nedbank AND BP, but nothing has changed and nothing has been done. <br> <br> This situation is really unacceptable since there are multiple 24 hour security posted there as well as of course 24 hour CCTV. Clearly neither BP or Nedbank management or the local security staff are taking adequate steps to address this and look forward to having them addressed.
