RUDE STAFF MEMBER

Last night I went to the BP Garage at the Oasis under the Beyers Naude offramp Coming from the South. I asked the lady working at the coffee station where the bathroom was and she rudely points me to a direction where the door is locked, so i ask her but why cant you say the bathroom is that direction but use the other door, she comes charging at me hurling all sorts of insults swearing at me, if your cameras work you will see, I went to her to say dont treat this like its your mothers shop, you are employed and should treat customers courteously, she proceeded to call me a ********** and bi*** the lady at the till witnessed this attack!
