Rude petrol attendant

I poured petrol at this petrol station, as a conscious person I prefer not to hand my bank card to anyone as I had a nasty experience where I was de*****ed. So I told the petrol attendant, a Hloniphile (if still remember her name) that I don't give anyone my card, I want to be the one inserting the card on machine. As I put the card in after punching in my pin and waiting for the processing to finish, as soon as it was done, she snatched my bank card from my hand. So, my card belongs to her, I think this is what she is communicating. I wonder how these businesses hire such people who clearly don't know what a customer is. Even her facial expression was such that "I don't care who you tell" I was left in disbelief because at other filling stations I never have this problem, petrol attendants understand my preference with my bank card
