Rude Cashier Carol-Bp Soweto Highway

#30in30 I went to go buy a few things at the bp garage Soweto highway. I understand that during the lockdown there’s certain measures people must adhere to but I don’t remember one of the measures including rude service from the cashier staff. I stood for a good 10min asking this woman named Carol who was just on her phone the entire time to assist me. She kept on looking at me and I couldn’t stand for a long time being highly pregnant. My boyfriend ended up coming to check if I was okay because I was gone for so long and he was pouring petrol. We ended up getting help from a different cashier Sylvia. I’m confused as to why they couldn’t tell her to help a buying customer who was highly pregnant. I’m so disappointed in the service received it was actually inhuman.
