Rude and Pathetic service

I went to Wild Bean Caf? (BP William Nicole when you entering fourways) on Friday night to place an order. I asked the lady for 2 hot chocolates and she asked me for the size, I asked her what sizes they have and she shook her head and then abruptly answered. I told her that there is no need to be rude I am just asking as I don't know. She then ignored me. I also ordered a custard Danish and Cinamon bun. After she made my hot chocolate she just left it on the counter without informing me that was mine. She was talking and acting fine with the Black gentlemen that was also there. She then started packing my cakes in the packet and I told her I didn't want the one she was giving me again she ignored my request and packed it in the packet, She just rough handled the cinnamon bun. Is this service we pay for? because I remember paying for my items and not getting them for free??? I asked her for her name and she again just looked at me and mumbled something. How do you employ people of such calibre to deal with the public? The service is shocking and pathetic for a BP. I have never encountered this behaviour before from Wild Bean.!!!!
