Rude and nonchalant petrol attendant

I went to a BP station in Klipspruit near Toyota today. Asked the petrol attend to pour 100 petrol he pours 300 worth of petrol after starts being rude and saying I told him to pour I ask to speak to the manager and all the manager could ask is when will I be able to pay as if I am at fault the petrol seemed non chalant looks like it’s something they are used to do. I ended paying the 300 and leaving without the petrol attendant nor the manager apologising for what happened. I found it rude and very disrespectful as I was driving off they were laughing as if I was at fault. I do understand this is a franchise but it would be nice for them to hire staff that can service customers appropriately and with respect and be able to accept that they are at fault. Because it’s my money and if I don’t have the money what was going to happen. I’ve known petrol attendants to be very respectful never have seen this. I would like a proper apology and my 200 rand back he will pay the money from his salary.
