Ridiculous Service
I filled with petrol last week Friday 9:40 or so. This is BP Simon Vermooten. 2 gentlemen (Zander and Cephus) refused to check my water, stating that they are not allowed to check water when the radiator is hot (non of them proved it was hot as they did not even open the water bottle in the engine) and that I have to wait an hour for them to check it. I find this ****en ridiculous. I even put the fan on for Zander and walked in the shop to buy food, on my return he was still saying he will not check it.
