Rewards system - Frequently offline
Fueled up at BP ARAF FUEL, EDWIN SWALES and the service is generally good. However, the reward system going offline is disappointing, as I deviate off route to fill up here. The staff say that nothing can be done to rectify it later and nobody can be contacted to assist. I have visited other BP branches nearby to this, including Merewent Branch, where the rewards systems (BP Rewards, Pick n Pay, American Express), are practically permanently offline.

I received your e-mail and will await the outcome of your investigation. Do note that I visited once again, yesterday morning, just after 6am. My cards were swiped and when I checked, the statement read R0.00 in points. I raised this to the attendant, who then checked and said that it's too late and nothing can be done. That was that and no other details to follow.
