Refused service with no reason for the refusal .

Good day , I have been at one of your service stations here in Spruitview and several of those visits i have been refused service without any explanation or reason , i have been told i need to see the franchise owner before i can be serviced and was told this by 2 supervises and employees alike , till today no explanation has been given as to why i cannot fill my car at this particular station and the owner has not bothered to take my contact details and call as he is the one requesting a meeting with me and as we are both employed people this cannot happen randomly . Please give way forward to resolving this issue .
