refuse to fill fuel in my vehicle

Hi <br> <br> I must say I have always received great service at BP, but on the 5th of April 2016 I was very disappointed with the service I received from Mr. Mashudu the petrol attendant at the BP garage in Olivedale Johannesburg. It was around 8pm and when I went to fill fuel, the garage was busy due to a petrol increase that was taking place the next day. so I waited in line for my turn to get petrol filled in my vehicle. when i was already at the fuel pump and my turn to fill petrol Mashudu said to me that I must turn my vehicle around and follow other vehicles from the West entrance. I still cannot understand why he didn't want to assist and do his job by just filling fuel in my vehicle. I was already at the fuel pump and my vehicle fuel tank was on the correct side that I entered the garage. he refused to help and he just started helping other customers that came into the garage after me. he was very aggressive and also started shouting, which became very embarrassing in front of the other customers. I ended up not filling fuel in my vehicle that night. I manage to speak to the garage manager Mr.Nigel about this matter and im still waiting for feedback.<br> <br> Regards <br> Riaz<br>
