Raw 1/4 chicken leg quarters served

We' ve been served raw chicken leg quarters for the 2nd time, I did lodged the complain and ask to give a well done meat but they fail to deliver, came back to return the meal and waited for an hour or so they said we can't have our refund we have to come back tommorow morning because there was no manager incharge and the cashier complained about it was not his shift and he will be shot on the till, how can a service station run without a night shift manager. I have to go and buy a burger @ steers. #BadCustomerServiceMustFall!
