Preferential treatment at a BP "Drop-in"

This morning,I went to BP drop-in on the corner of Bell road and Beetlestone in Port Elizabeth. I got there and waited straight at the bowser,a couple of cars drove in while I was waiting and once again,as I wasn't surprised they went on to service the other cars that came before me. I asked one of the attendant if is my time less important to the other person that got preferential service? He then continued and ignored me,it was morning, and we're all rushing to work. I don't know how many times I've complained to the manager and he just doesn't seem to care.
