Poor Service/Assistance from BP Fuels - False Information Shared to Customers

I have been participating for the promotion regarding collectable cars (fill of R500 x 4 transactions) to qualify. I was given false information by the BP staff at the Ballito branch, claiming my rewards points (in rand value) only to later on not receive an SMS qualifying for the promotion although my fill up was valid. Been emailing customer care and consumer support but this has been a total failure as all complaints go ignored. This is not the first time receiving this from BP although being a frequent user of this franchise.
