Poor service, very bad Customer service by BP Vrededorp PICK AND PAY SHOP

The service inside the BP Vrededorp Pick and Pay shop very poor in the first place people work by the tills don't let you draw money inside the shop by the till they say you must do it outside by bank teller , my wife was rod by that bank teller R2000 , next problem people working by the teller more on there cellphones then helping customers, next problem people work by the tellers eat will they helping customers and then when you stand in the queue and you get to the front to pay for sum thing they walk a way and they you must wait till next teller call you to help you very bad customer service
