Poor service from spaarwatwer Vlakfontein 18h01

I would like to raise my concern regarding the service that I got from from BP pnp sparwater vlakfontein today 18h01, I come to put 200 rand and fuel which I also wanted to buy some stuff inside, I then request the petrol attendance that I will pay inside including my grocery, to my surprise Rebecca the teller refuse for me to pay for my grocery including the petrol, which I was told that I have to pay them separately, I then request to see or speak to the manager and he came with an attitude and the were both laughing at me that the is nothing that I can do about it I then ask Tokozani the manager to qive me the contact of someone above him which he then gave me the number of someone by the name Njabulo which he fails to resolve the issues ,I then have to use my card twice and they were both mocking at me that the is nothing that I can do about ,that how the operate..
