Poor service from BP southern Africa

BP south africa, I am a regular customer at BP Disa in somerset west and for the past month, their coke fridge as well as wild bean cafe coffee machine has been out of order, and after consulting with their management it has been told that they are awaiting approval for the repairs. I feel that it is unacceptable that more than a month has passed and yet there has been no improvement. My daily stop is becoming very inconvenient due to long waiting times as a result of the coffee machine only working partially as well as numerous occasions of buying warm coke. please attend to your facilities
