Poor Service

I've entered for the toy car competition. I received a SMS message on the 13th of May 2024 stating that I qualify for a free car, and would receive the voucher pin the next day. Still waiting. I've called smart shopper card customer division, they sended emails to BP. It is almost a month, still no voucher pin. I've tried to call BP customer service, they don't even answers the call... It is only a toy, but the principles of the matter is what is important.
