Poor service Bp Spaarwater.

BP Spaarwater, Tsakane petrol station I was waiting for my turn to fill up petrol at about 14:30. Petrol attendant refused to assist me after complaining to her because I was waiting for a long time. She went and help another client that arrived after me. Finally my car was filled up and the petrol attendant that was assisting me asked for a speed point from Thandeka because it was in her back pocket and she refused to give a speed point until she was done filling up the other car. Thandeka used a speed point and it her about five minutes to finish. She was ******** shouting at everyone including the customer's who were using toilet saying she never clean the toilet because we are untidy. Thandeka was unprofessional she needs to be trained I spent about 15 minutes waiting to be served very poor.
