Poor service at BP Kgabalatsane

On the 18th March 2024 I went to BP Kgabalatsane to pour petrol, the petrol attendant didn't pour petrol because my petrol gauge never moved from where it was, talked to the manager who said once I drive few kilometers it will be fixed, never happened, I called the manager and he sent me a video which doesn't show the attendant pouring petrol, that's their proof that the attendant poured petrol
