Poor Service at BP filling station

I am getting more and more frustrated with the type of service I am receiving at BP filling stations. I only fill up there due to the Discovery Benefits. This morning I pulled up at the filling station off Solomon Mahlangu in Pretoria, close to Castle Gate shopping centre. At first I asked the attendant to fill up with 95. I got out and requested my windscreen to be cleaned. He told me the fuel nozzle does not work to automatically stop. Then when the tank was filled, he started with the rear window, which I did not request. Then when he eventually started the windscreen, he picked up the wipers which took paint off the hood. Don't these guys get training on how to check if there would not be damage if they pick up the wipers? Then when I wanted to pay it took them some time to find a machine that actually takes the Discover, Smart shopper and fleet card. My stop at the fuel station to just fill up and have the windscreen cleaned almost took 15min. This is not acceptable!
