Poor service

BP is running a promotion in terms of which you are enticed to fill up with BP petrol and after spending R500 four times on fuel then you receive a voucher which is redeemed for a promotional model car - which they have not had stock of for several weeks and the promotion is ending soon. Why run a promotion if you are unable to provide the customer with the promotional item???? BP has had the benefit of the business from the customer without being able to deliver on its end. Very poor service.
