Poor service

want to lodge a complaint against BP garage at Dollar Drive street in Richard's Bay (Pic N Pay Express Bullion Boulevard} . I bought BB brown bread and I accidentally took whole wheat bread, when I asked them to please exchange the bread for me because I don't eat whole wheat bread and I had already paid for the whole wheat bread, the manager refused. Claiming I couldn't change it due to Corona Virus because I had already touched it, mind you the bread was still closed. It wasn't even five minutes that I had the bread in my hand. They didn't give me the bread or my money back, or even a slip. I wrote an email to their customer care, no response till today
