Poor poor customer service

Through this email, I would like to bring into your kind consideration that on 20/07/2023 I visited your BP express garage at Malibongwe drive strydom park to withdraw money inside the garage and get flue medication (Disprin and medlemon).The service is appualing the cashier that was on duty refused to assist me, he told me he didn't have R100 change and when I opted to use my card he then said my items need to be to R20 or more, I then told him to give 2 medlemons and 2 Disprins so that I can pay with the card he still refused to help me. I am very concerned that a big garage like BP offers poor service to their customers. I walked out of the garage unattended because the cashier on duty told me he will not help me.

I believe you would consider this as a genuine issue and you would take some appropriate action as this may lately affect the reputation of your company.
