Poor customer service from BP

Just before Easter weekend diesel contaminated fuel was pumped into our petrol tank at one of the Bp service stations in Durban North.This initiated the breakdown of my wife's car causing massive inconvenience just before the long weekend and during the week afterwards .We were given the runaround for ages before BP eventually reimbursed us for the repairs. The customer service from BP South Africa was exceptionally slow with no urge to take responsibility
