Poor customer service

@CapitecBankSA I went to request a cashback at @bp_SouthAfrica Springs Road, Denne Rd, Brakpan, since it has a @PicknPay the time was around 06:30 this morning. I'd like to point out that the two cashier ladies were unhelpful and extremely rude,the one kept sending to the other. They said they don't have R300 in both their POS Machines(Which I find hard to believe), even if that's the case, they were extremely rude and unprofessional, made hand gestures and made silly remarks. One would think I was asking for a donation while I was simply withdrawing my own cash, please give your employees customer service principles, I ended up getting R200 after begging to be serviced. This is very poor service!
